Jason’s new single “Numb”
After just two weeks at country radio, Jason’s new single “Numb” is off to a great start as the Top 5 most added song it’s first week out and the #1 most added country single in it’s second week going for adds, according to Mediabase. It is also the #5 most added new song for all formats! Now ADDED into rotation at over 26 stations nationally, Numb is the first single from Jason’s forthcoming new record titled “Sweet Sundown” due to hit stores in late March. The CD will include 11 new songs and features a special collaboration with one of Jason’s musical heroes, Steve Wariner. The accompanying video, directed by Warren Sonoda, is now in heavy rotation on CMT Canada and Jason is the “Big Shot” featured artist for the month of January at www.cmt.ca

This will be the first single from the new record “Sweet Sundown” hitting stores in March! CMT on Tour Behind the Scenes TV Special
This summer Jason Blaine, The Higgins, Tara Oram and Steven Lee Olsen hit the road for a 19 city tour that spanned across Canada. CMT Canada (www.cmt.ca) will be airing a one hour special giving you a behind the scenes look at all the fun, hard work, and great music that went into this tour. Be sure and catch Jason in all of the behind the scenes action on Monday, September 14th at 7PM (EST). Check your local cable listings for repeat airings.
Jason Blaine Heads To The CCMA's
Nominated as Male Artist of the Year, Jason heads to Vancouver for the CCMA Awards Show September 13, 2009.
The Canadian Country Music Awards will be broadcast live from GM Place on CBC nationally at 8:00 PM EDT Sunday, September 13 and will celebrate the highlights of Canadian Country music for the past year and feature the best of Canadian talent, international superstars and industry leaders- all in the heart of Vancouver. Look for Jason to be featured as one of this years Award presenters.
Male artist of the year nomination!
Jason Blaine has been nominated for Male Artist of the Year at this year’s Canadian Country Music Awards. Other nominees include, Gord Bamford , Paul Brandt, George Canyon & Johnny Reid. The show airs live on CBC from Vancouver, September 13th.
